Hope you are doing well.
I am a loyal buyer of Amazon and I always preferred Amazon over to Flipkart because of genuine products, great service and good discounts on products. That’s why as soon as the great India sale started I ordered a few mobiles. You can check my order history.

This time I am very much disappointed and hurt. I have ordered Mi 10 prox max mobile dated on 4th Oct’21 and selected schedule delivery on Saturday (9th Oct’21) but, I have received delivery message on 7th Oct, so I have called up delivery person using pin “2252” and informed him to come after 2pm or saturday as I am working, he said ok. But, the delivery person did not come on that day and I made a call to him using the same pin but he cut my phone. So, the next day (8th Oct)when I called him, he informed me that your parcel is at wearhouse so it will come tomorrow (9th Oct) . I said ok. You can check all conversation as it has already been recorded by your IVR system.
Today morning as soon as I woke up and checked my mobile I received the message from Amazon like “your order is cancelled and your refund is initiated.”
I have not canceled or refused to accept this order so I again called up that delivery person and enquired at that time he informed me that your parcel is not with me and now it is cancelled. I told I have not cancelled this order then how it happened. He informed me to talk with Amazon.
I called up Amazon service (24×7) and had talked with your executive Vivek and explained the whole matter. He checked and informed me that this order has been cancelled by the delivery team so he cannot do anything from his end. Please re order the same.
As I have placed an order using my HDFC credit card because there is a good discount on it. Now the sale is finished on the HDFC card so, I lost my discount and phone too just because of Amazon.How someone cancel the order without buyer’s concern.
I can bear the loss if it is my mistake but here there is no mistake / fault by me .
This is a mistake by Amazon, so I humbly request you to please give me a mobile at the same price and discount on which I have ordered.
