Hello sir
I order new phone on Amazon in big indian festival offer with all the discount they provide.
Order get early dispatch on Friday due to some emergency work I am not at delivery address so I request the customer care executive to reschedule on Monday and they did. When I saw in order section till Sunday afternoon it shows “order diliver on tomorrow in 6 to 9 pm”
Now my order get cancelled by Amazon itself giving me some reason like “some damage with package”
Now they are not giving me all the discount which they provide me and refuse to give me another phone with same price.
This is complete fraud from Amazon .
I request you to take proper action
