Dear team,
Please forwarding this msg tho Amazon company head team because I’ts very serious matter some saller foruding with customers Amazon name using please see may email msg I send to Amazon team this is and attached photo also but nobody reply me called me please ,my complaint is I ordered 2 time poco m3 phone Amazon site my order secusful8dome but midnight automatic my order cancel and my amount send to refund process but some one send me taxt msg and told me and diven me account num ific code and told me please send 10415 rs your mobile is hold refund process but send me full amount I release your order and delivery you before 10.30 morning… I complaint with Amazon customer team send email also attached file also but no one have responded me please see my mail–

Hi I am Sanjay , i connect with Amazon last 8 year and I am Prime member also.
First time I facing this kind of problem ,I ordered this product on lowest price Amazon website yesterday afternoon my order delivery time is 16-19 oct but midnight Amazon send me email my order has been canceled some technical issues with saller than someone sending me taxt form Amazon side please see my taxt msg screenshot I send you attach file.fast time I am facing this issue Amazon international brand and this type of services providing a customer not expected to Amazon.
Amazon Fraud me some hack you server I thik please check this matter on priority basis otherwise I take legal action to Amazon because this saller authorized Amazon,
NOTE- SEND ME THIS PRODUCT I AM NOT PAYING ANY AMOUNT BECAUSE YOUR SALLER FORUD WITH ME I AM NOT HappY PLEASE REPLY ME, I KNOW MY REFUND WILL BE COME BUT SEND ME SAME ITEMS .
