I had ordered Amazon basics 568L black color refrigerator on march 14th 2022 and it was delivered to us on 16th march 2022
it says 5 years of warranty on the compressor and right after 7 months the compressor has got damaged ..refrigerator has stopped working.
I’m trying to claim the warranty service through the amazon service center , but they are not able to solve it(“spare part out of stock”) nor want to replace the product.
@consumercourt please help us solve this issue.
