I have placed order of water purefire on amazon at 31 July -2023. And at the time of placing order amazon give me the delivery date as 3-august-2023 .
On the 3-auagust-2023. My order is in still shipping status so i called amazon and they give me false assurance like your order will be delivered today.
On the 4-august-2023 my order is still not received at my location so i called the customer service and the reply me like your product will be delivered on 9-august-2023 as it will be delayed in transist
On 11-august-2023 i called amazon customer service and whose name is sai and after asking my product status he suggest me to cancel it from my end. I denied that request so he said me some bad words which i have recording with me.
Today 13 august if i called amazon customer service then he give me the option to reorder the same and he is not able to delivered to my product
