I have been treated poorly by the Amazon as well as its Delivery partners. It has been not the first time where I called the Delivery partner from my end and he rejected to deliver me the product for which I had already made the payment online. It was a prepaid product but due to the attitude of the delivery partner and poor services of amazon my product is not delivered and the excuse that is being given is that they will refund my amount. I am sorry but we dont have time to deal with this non sense on daily basis nor has Amazon made any changes in their Delivery facility FOR the Consumers that benefits the consumers than the Delivery Partners. If consumers are not kept happy I am sorry then the businesses shall stop working and close down if they cannot work for the consumers especially after taking the customer’s money.
