I ordered a butterfly gas stove and prestige mixer grinder .delivery date for it is on 19th August but it did not delivered. Amazon contacted me on the evening of 19 and said the items will be delivered on 20th .but on 20th also they didn’t delivered,I called Amazon customer service and told about my inconvenience and I said about my urgency becauseI have a function in my home on 21st august where the ordered items are required,they responded positively. But not delivered it on 20th august.
Delivered agent called me on 21st for delivery of items
I already bought gas stove because of urgency in my home.
I said I will take mixer grinder and return the gas stove but delivered agents head taunted me and used unparliamentary language in Telugu on the phone
Then I called customer service I said my problem and language of agent Suresh but they cut the call and didn’t responded
