my account in amazon.com , first spoken to amazon.in customer care they validated and provide me 180030009009 toll free to reach for amazon.com account on 12th Oct 2021 10:30 AM IST , after reach amazon.com , the agent from account team asked few details about my email and address , she is demanding the credit card last 4 digit number , this particular credit card is expired and destroyed , she is advising me to reach to bank and get credit card, i dont see logic asking for credit card , issue is totally different , im able to sign with username and password , post click on sign which is prompting for twp step validation sms , which has been recently requested to disable and i received confirmation email two step validation has been disabled .. agent not ready to listen, she is not ready to give ombus details and connect to her manager .
