My amazon account was closed on 14th june for unknown reasons. I tried to contact coustomer care several times but they didn’t tell me anything about account reopening, they just gone by telling me to wait for 48hrs. I tried to contact investigation team of Amazon, I mailed them several times but they have only 1 reply please mail us with associated account, I told them, I didn’t linked any email account with this account.For proof that this is my account i told them my addresses, bank details everything. But they replied samething, ‘Please mail us with associated account’, I’m facing a lot of problems, My refund of 699 got stuck I told them to initiate refund but they didn’t did.
