My Amazon account is on hold from last Tuesday for verifying billing address, daily customer care is just saying or specialist team will get back to you within 24hr, but getting nothing.
I have prime membership, and I am not able to use any facilities. Also I have 3000rs in PAy balance which I can’t use now.
