I am writing this mail in order to inform you about the level of customer service which your team is delivering to the people..Sir, i have been requesting Amazon Team from 2 days to at least tell me the reasons to close down my account as I feel this is wrong that they have done but your team is last bothered to even call me and discuss the issue..I request you to kindly look into the issue and Please check that I have done mistakes while returning the damaged items and have violated the amazon terms snd service because this is the only response your team gas given me..
