sir, My amazon account was on hold. The reason is I have misused the amazon service kindly contact customer service. So I called the amazon customer support and they said that they have escalated this issue to the concert team(OFM TEAM) and it will be resolved within 24 hours. Till now my account was on hold. I have an order in that account and that was my first order on the account. I didn’t add any email ID on the account. After the timeline provided, I again contact the customer support of Amazon they said me kindly contact via email (ofm@amazon.in). I have mailed to that above mentioned email ID and informed the about this issue.
