I have purchased prime membership for Amazon and I was using it but in August 2021, my account was blocked by Amazon India saying in a mail that I have exceeded the amount of maximum number of return. If I am getting a defected product or if I don’t like it, I will obviously return it and I conveyed same to them in a mail. It’s been more than a year my account hasn’t been unblocked yet after exchanging several emails. However my prime membership is getting billed every year but I am not able to use the service because my account is blocked. Kindly help me in getting my account unblocked.
