Text of Complaint by Saraswati Birua:

I ordered a product from Amazon.But they put my account on hold without any reason.When I contacted Amazon customer care but they said our team will call you in 24 hours but they didn’t called.I contacted Amazon customer care around 4-5 times.But same answer was there.They didn’t even asked for refund.

Order details-I order a mic

Price-4200 and I paid from upi.
