I have ordered Swisse Biotin+ Boosts Keratin Levels, Reduce Hair Loss and Promote Regrowth with Nicotinamide, Rose Hips & Vitamin C For Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails For Both Men & Women (60 Tablets) on amazon. Order number is Order# 403-8240397-8528334.
I have received opened medicine bottle (not sealed pack) i had raise this issue to to Amazon with product pictures, I have received a reply as “Product is Non-returnable so cant do anything”

I request you to please take an action against seller and Amazon, if product is Non-returnable then why they are not delivered the genuine item. Always customer gets suffered.

I would be very thankful if my complaint get proceeded and my issue is resolved in no time. I am looking forward to hearing back from the respected authorities as soon as possible.
