Amazon is playing unfair trade practices by placing fake COD orders & return back the products in meantime their by earning return charges in return from sellers which causes ultimate loss to the sellers in return in the form of Packing expenses, return charges, taxes etc.
I Am Seller Of This Portal ,The same is happening with me ,through the same buyer “Yoga” add # MLL – BLRH SC,1-23/5, cst road, kranti nagar,MANGALURU, KARNATAKA, 575012 (15 fake orders upto now , all COD based, all returned without receipt) .Despite repeated requests to amazon, no blacklisting against this buyer .Amazon is earning money from shipping charges to this buyer . if seller cancels the order himself , his selling metrics are hit . Amazon is not doing anything and customer support is telling to report suspicious and they will not do anything else. Why don’t they refund at least the shipping charges on these orders if they have to do any kind of check also.
Unable to understand such a multinational company of repute is not paying any attention to problem even though the story is viral on almost all of the social media .
