I got approved of 2000 rs in Amazon pay later I used twice and paid the amount after that I used around 1776 because of some personal issue i didn’t pay on time i received so many calls and messages after 3 or 4 months i said i cannot pay interest so the staff said it’s ok you settle down the loan no need of interest and he sent the link i paid my loan after few days messages are coming stating that pay the interest amount and in Amazon pay later interest amount showing and i asked customer service the saying now i have to pay interest why this kind of torture I am unable to pay kindly help
