Acknowledgement letter of Dealership
Dear sir ,
At this moment of time, we proudly announce that Mr. Dinesh Manji Kadeliya
from now onwords you are the part of “Amazing Shopping” family as a dealer. The
embarked effectiveness of this contract is valid from 09/11/2022 till the business model is
in execution for both parties.
Starting Amount 35000/- On credit base as Distributor price Credit stock will provided with
distributorship. All Funds must be transferred in company account, not to be deposit in any
personal or employee account.
Margin 25% per delivery.
We assure to give 5-15 minimum order in a day.
Scanner machine is required. (amount is refundable)
If it happens that your delivery boy goes to the customer’s place and the customer refuses
to take the product. Or the customer cancels the product at the door when company paid
you cancellation charges is ₹250.
When product return by the customer so company pay 100/- rupees on return.
Delivery boy salary (i.e15000)will be bear by the company from the day product deliver
will start.(boy medical insurance done by company after 1 month)
Covid-19 kit given by company.
If you will not get any orders in 3 month so in that case you can go for the final cancellation
process, get refund done.
As per your syndication we are allowing, the following areas for your dealership on district basis and will be
updated in future if required.
