I have place an order and was planned to change the products after placing order on the same day. So I logged in with my account and entered into “My Order” section and tried the “Cancel or Edit” option in it but it’s showing a Error Page in there website “Order Not Found. We’re sorry, but we couldn’t find this order. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact the store and let their support team know you’re experiencing issues.”
I tried to contact for cancelling my order through “Product/Service Support number 18004199680” but they asked me to call “Website Order Support number 18004199682”.
I was trying to contract the service for about 10 – 20 time a day but they are not attending the call. Now I was locked and I’m unable to do anything to proceed further on cancelling my order and getting my money back.

This need a severe action, i think they are cheating the customer and making money without giving a proper response.
