I ordered a watch on 27th of January 2022 by paying the booking amount, and availing EMI for the remaining amount (axio , their pay later merchant). Amazfit then delivered an empty box , and haven’t responded back yet with a resolution since January. I have been struggling and they have been ignoring. Meanwhile I get hundreds of call from axio asking me to pay the remaining amount but of course I won’t as amazfit already owes me 600 rupees. I have been blocked from amazon pay later and axio has sent me a legal notice even after explaining the entire situation to them with proof.
