Text of Complaint by DINESH SINGH LALOTRA:

I ordered a GTS 2 mini new version smartwatch from amazfit official website on 23rd March 2023.
I did prepaid for this. Expected delivery date was 31st March. Ever since I ordered my watch, the tracking status is online shipment booked and when I’m trying to cancel or edit the order on the website portal, order not found status is showing. No update in that status.
Bluedart courier service dept. says the product is yet not handed over to them.
I’m trying to call customer care helpline no. but they are not even answering the call single time. Please help me I’m in a trouble that I trusted on the prepaid mode of payment as the amazfit is the official website, but then I felt, I got scammed. Please help me in any way.
