I had ordered White Gold Necklace – With Real Rose on 10th Feb 2024 and did online payment. Mu wife did not like the product and so I immediately tried to cancel the order. The procedure as mentioned on their website was useless and the mobile number they mentioned does not exist. I tried to email them to cancel the order but got no reply. I received message from Delhivery that the item is dispatched. I immediately informed this to Amazevilla by email. The item was delivered on 16th Feb 2024 by Delhivery. I again tried to return this order using the procedure mentioned on the website and got no reply. I tried to register my complaint on https://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in but getting no help there too. The product quality is also pretty bad. This company is from Delhi. Please check.
