Am using Airtel postpaid no from past 16 years , in the month of aug 13 I have called up Airtel customer care service and reporters sim lost and asked them to block my no so that it will not be used for any illegal activities they have confirmed and asked me to contact nearest customer care centre to apply for SIM card along with my KYC docs. When I visited the Airtel office to get my new SIM card the cis inter care person who attended my request gave me a shocking reply stating this particular sim has been ported to vodaphone and it is active in Udaipur circle and u have to contact vodaphone.ubhahe told them very clearly this particular no am holding from more than 15 years and I need it back , customer care people asked me to get in touch with Vodafone store , during the visit to Vodafone it has come to my notice they phone is one Deepak name and sorry to reveal any other details as u are not our clinet. I would like to know that hoe the blocked Airtel sim has been unblocked by third party and portal done.
