Paytm postpaid has given credit of 1000rs after couple of months it shows 30388rs as overdue charge , i made partial payment of 2000rs and I’ve been using Paytm Postpaid for the previous five years, and recently, on December 1st, I transferred reaming overdue of 10388 Rupees of past-due money because of a network issue i did 5 times
Now My excessive limit is 5,662rs
Aim not able to use amount as well paytm is not refunding
thy are informing particular dept. to contact postpaid connections
I have already tried 27*7 help chat , i have not received any reply nor solution
