DEAR AIRTEL OFFICALS

THIS IS R.MANIKANDAN FROM CHENNAI RESIDING AT AVADI, AM USING UR AIRTEL NETWORK SINCE 2012, MY NUMBER IS (9791589218)
BY YESTERDAY AT AROUND 10PM MY MOBILE NETWORK WAS FAILED,
SO BY TODAY DATED 13-08-2020 MORNING AT 9.30AM, I WAS ARRIVED WITH MY WIFE TO AIRTEL SHOWROOM AT AVADI BRANCH. BY THAT TIME AIRTEL SHOW ROM SHUTTER WAS CLOSED AND THEY MENTION ON SHOW ROOM SHUTTER OPENING TIME IS 10.00AM TO 7.30PM.
SO I WAITED PATIENTLY, BUT TILL 10.10AM THE AIRTEL SHOWROOM SHUTTER WAS NOT OPENED, IN THAT MEANWHILE UR AIRTEL AVADI BRANCH EXECUTIVES WAS KICKED THE AIRTEL SHOWROOM SHUTTER HARSHLY AND SECURITY WAS OPENING THE SHOWROOM SHUTTER FROM INSIDE ITSELF AND AGAIN THEY CLOSED THE SHOWROOOM SHUTTER, SO I TOO FOLLOW THAT SAME MANNER TO KICK THE SHUTTER TO OPEN IT AND ONE OF UR FEMALE AVADI BRANCH EXECUTIVE CAME OUT AND SHOUTED LIKE ANYTHING AND SHE TOLD THAT SHOWROOM IS OPEN AT 10.30AM ONLY, SO I ASKED HER THAT U MENTION IN SHOWROOM SHUTTER IS 10.00AM ONLY BUT IT WAS 10.10AM MAM, SO I WAS KNOCKING THE SHUTTER AS THE WAY OF U ND UR CO STAFFS GET ON INSIDE, I PLEASED HER TO DON’T SHOUT, IS THERE ANY STICKER ON TIME 10.30AM HAVE U MENTIONED I RASIED A QUESTION TO HER, BUT HER WAY OF HANDLING THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED, AND SHE RUDELY SAID SEE HERE WE PASTED A STICKER INSIDE SHOWROOM, SO I ASKED HER AGAIN IF U PASTED THE STICKER INSIDE MEANS HOW COME CUSTOMER ABLE TO SEE IT AND KNOW THE OPENING TIME, I AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING FROM 9.30AM AND WE ALL ABLE TO SEE ON SHUTTER TIME MENTIONED IS 10.00AM ONLY, SO WHETHER WILL U ALLOW ME TO COME INSIDE OR NOT AGAIN I RASIED A QUESTION AND SHE ALLOWED ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE AFTER THAT CONVERSATION OF TALKING ONLY.
BUT STILL ON TIME 9.00PM MY AIRTEL MOBILE NUMBER 9791589218 IS NOT ACTIVATED,SO I CALLED TO 198 AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY ANOTHER AIRTEL NUMBER, AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVE SAID SIR YOUR SIM WAS NOT ACTIVE FROM SHOW ROOM SIDE TILL.
SO I AM REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR AIRTEL SHOWROOM AVADI BRANCH.
HERE AM LODGING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT FEMALE RECEPTIONIST & MALE EXECUTIVE WHO HANDLED MY SIM CARD QUERY AT AIRTEL SHOWROOM ON AVADI BRANCH
