hi team,
From the past few weeks i use Airtel broadband for my home connection and i am facing network outage every now and then. Whole weekend 27th and 28th their was a outage and no one was bothered to check and their is no point of contact that i can reach out to.Again since yesterday evening 29th i am seeing outage which is not resolved till now and its afternoon.
No one is bother to clear the outage. We have work from home and online classes going on and we are utilising mobile data to fulfill our internet needs.
Can someone look into this issue on priority so that we can enjoy services from airtel without interuptions.
