Dear Sir/Ma’am I am a student taking live classes with good data speed from Airtel on my 3g hanset and it worked smoothly but from around few days it always have 2G connectivity I don’t know the reason behind this but a technician said that maybe you have somehow send a request to the concerned authorities that your sim should run at 4G speed only and thus they acted accordingly disabling your 3G connection which your device supported and as you not use the 4G handset therefore you are not getting either 3G or 4G broadband connectivity speed and I humbly request if somehow the same phenomenon happened to me then please retract my 3G data connection as soon as possible as I am not able to take the classes running due to this defect.so I will be highly obliged if you solve this problem and surely it would cost me alot!
