I had been offered for loan through Paytm Postpaid, the NBFC lender was Arthimpact.
The lender has been continuous wrongly reporting on my cibil and mentions, I have outstanding amount to paid to them.
But I am repay all dues time to time with my both 2 accounts, therefore accounts active show in my cibil report.
Both companies are not responding to mails begin sent to them for support.
