Hello I am Rahul Sharma from Jamshedpur I am facing this problem from last 3 months. I didn’t want to take Dhani Freedom card but always I was getting calls from DHANI team that please you take our DHANI FREEDOM CARD then I will take your card and use it only Rs 210 on Swiggy and his installment was from OCTOBER to DECEMBER whose monthly installment was Rs 69, I have already paid my all Instalments, 1st payment is made on 10th October, The 2nd on 5th November, And last 3rd payment on 4th December, But still I am being harassed that I have not made my payment, I am sending all screenshot of my all Payments, Transaction Id, or Bank Statement to DHANI TEAM.
I have also given it to the Dhani Support Team through mail, But till now I am getting continuous 15 to 20 calls daily Since 6th November, which I am getting harassed a lot, Then I called to customer support and talk with Miss Jolly senior customer support From Noida Or Gurgaon Branch and they told me that you will not get any calls from Dhani Team, But despite this I am getting continuous calls from Dhani Collection Team, Due to which I am very fed up, I was getting so many calls since 6th November and the collection team was talking in abusive language because of this i broke my iphone 12pro in mood upset all because DHANI TEAM,
I have loss Rs 1 lakh Mobile because of your 210 Rs, who will make up for it, After that i choose to have complaint and case against Dhani Team in Court. And I have also raise a complaint against Miss JOLLY, because she has been hired to solve the problems of the customers, which she did not do.
Because
I have already told to everyone that I have completed my payment on time but they will not listening my problems and speak with me in abusing language, I have complained many times to the customer care as well as to the team head Miss Jolly But no action was taken from their side,
I have also given proof of that but still I am facing a problem, I have loss RS 1 lakh Because of this Harassment. Please help me
