I have use Paytm postpaid and cleared the dues in 21st September but it was not updated in Paytm. So I have raised a complaint in paytm24/7 and buy nobody escalated my problem then I further decided to file a complaint against it to grievence officer. Paytm officials are continuously calling me to clear my dues and now they are asking late fees and payment again….This is scam… Nobody has even escalating my problem…nor in Paytm postpaid nor grievence officer…this is such an annoying and worst communication platform
