I feel this was my worst experience of an airline company. Me and friend reached the airport on time and everything like usual but when they reached at the check in counter, the lady said our flight has been delayed one hour.
But that was ok with us.
And then after an hour of waiting I received a phone call saying the flight has been cancelled and there won’t be any flight for the next 4 days.
If they were to cancel the flight, they should inform us a day before or atleast 10 hours before so that we can catch another flight and travel.
I had to attend a wedding the next day and because the company carelessness, iam going to miss the wedding.
ALLIANCE AIR is the worst by so far and I will never sit on it.
