I have got a fake product from you, I was shown something and got something, now I want my payment back, you cheat with the customer, showed me the power bank of realme in ads but no local back to me Power bank has arrived so now I want my payment back 899rs.
You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
