I ordered product on 1st June and my delivery date is 2nd June. Your logistics ekart call me on 2nd June and said please confirm your location where I delivered your watch then I share my location with him. He is only 500m away from my range so he said I reached in just 10 min and then he didn’t reached. Then I call him and he said your order is delivier on 3rd June . I call customer care and she said I try to delivered your product on 2nd June 9pm however if your product is not delivered on 2nd June then 3rd June CONFIRMED deliver.and until my order is not delivered and then again contact customer support and he say your next expected date is changed on 5th June you have wait to 5th June your product is delivered on or before that day and again he isn’t delivered on that day and he cancelled my order on 5th June 9pm . I again order on 5th June and until I haven’t got my watch. what is your policy to cheat and break trust of customer.So I want to you take my money and watch both or you give my money refund and watch also deliver. And if you not take any action about this then this is my LAST ORDER ON FLIPKART
