Placed total 4 orders online

3 Delivered

1) Kurta Paijama – Full Price of Rs.1199/- Charges instead of discounted Rs 567/- displayed whilst booking

2) Woollen Monkey Cap is under size to the extent it is for newborn baby and not the Adult size and substandard quality

3) Boys Shorts are of very very poor quality & smaller size than for 6 years. Similarly the boys’ T-Shirts for 6 years are under size to the extent it might fit a one year old child. Though T-shirts’  quality is not so bad but marked 5-6 years and may fit upto 1.1/2 child.

I’m more than convinced that the Paytm team is involved in this entire game plan of harassing the customers and over charging them and they aloan are more responsible for the cheating actions and of course the vendors are supporting the whole game plan.

Seek compensation with damages for mental trauma and money blocking apart from wasting my precious time as a Business Head and a Sr Citizen too.
