Hello sir,
I paid the amount for one year and at the time of payment you said that all the channels were continue to come which are coming .after 2 or3 weeks you remove all the channels like &tv, epic etc. And before payment they all are coming and after payment when I had conversation with you, you said that they all will come. And now only 2 or3 channels were coming of entertainment and this how you breach the policy and how can you demand the money of each channel when the payment was done. This is against the consumer protection, Act 1986.
I hope that you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
