I ordered product from boat but I received defective product and replacement of defective product but still same problem face in replacement product then agent are told me to claim warranty but I was not used product even ones then I claim warranty but they say product are out of stock and give me upgraded product but I am not agree with product then i have told to agent many times to give me refund but after 3 months they give me refund of 80% when I was not used product even ones in 3 month how can I accept the 80 % refund
