Respected Sir/Madam,
I borrowed money from Indiabulls dhani for Rs.15000, duration 12 months which is started from Sep-2019. Moratorium facility availed from May-20 to Aug-20. I had paid all my 12 EMIs but still they are showing as outstanding of Rs.4847 pending and put in defaulters list. I already submitted all my payment proofs and bank statements to the local collection manager, Regional collection manager and support team through mails and telephonic discussion. But no one is responding to my query and not updating the status of my payments and harassing me through issuing legal notices through messages and calls from last 6months. Please look into it and help me on this issue. Most of the loans are rejected due to the negligence of the dhani team.
