I had a paytm postpaid of Rs. 3000, but somehow there was overdraft of Rs. 917. I was regularly being cleared. I had paid all dues. I do have the statement which clearly states my timely payment of all dues and no default/ settlement. I would request if you could ask the Paytm Postpaid/ Aditya Birla to correct the reporting on EQUIFAX and other credit reporting agencies.
