Local PO DELIVERS ALL PARCELS. NO NOTICE NO WAY RTS NO WAY REFUSE SO CHARGED ON CREDITCARD. PO THEN PARTY TO MAIL FRAUD. HAVE LETTER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. CONSUMER STILL OWES FRAUD.
All Deliveries Delivered Last Mile by PO. Surprise blocking mailbox with UNAUTHORIZED DELIVERIES. NO WAY TO REFUSE ANY PACKAGE OR RTS CHARGE WILL APPEAR ON CREDITCARD NEXT MO. BILL. TAMPERING WITH US MAIL USED TO BE AGAINST FEDERAL LAW BUT WITH PO DOING DIRTY DEED BECAUSE THEY NEED INCOME. THEY HAVE CONTRACT THIS FRAUDS ALL US THAT HAVE A US MAILBOX.
