I’m a banking aspirant I chose unacademy since many educators are well qualified. Before joining the Bank exam category many calls from unacademy personal & I visited the website there are many educator classes are in English. Since it’s not been purchased, unable to view the course. so for two weeks, I attended a free class in the bank exam category. Then I planned to purchase a subscription for a two-year cost of around Rs 6318 /- since I found courses are in English also. Now after purchasing the course for two months I attended an English class after that I found full classes & batches are in Hindi Only..
I called customer support they say we never promised an English class for the bank exam category and a Zero Refund policy.
So now I Register complaint on 19-09-2022
