I ordered one kurti and plazo from kumkum chikankari ms alizeh collective.i did cash on delivery.they delivered the product the size of the product was too small plus they gave very worst material product.When inasked them for exchange they first told me they wll refund in 15 days.but now refund day are over and they are not replying to the message.please help me to refund my money
