Text of Complaint by Nosicelo Mrangqolo:

On the 6 November 2023, I joined an online company called Aliexpress Sea flagship platform, I was given training on how to work and I was told that after the training is completed,I needed to pay R200 to start working which I did, the first day I worked and completed the 10 tasks for the day then was told to withdraw the money, the second day started working and completed my 10 tasks then I was offered the opportunity to make more money so I was given another 10 tasks to complete, so I started paying for the products, the first few products I managed to pay with the money that was already in my account then the amount of the products increased to R12000, and I had R4000+ in my work account then I was told to deposit more money R 8800 in order to complete my tasks which I did, after paying that product another product popped up on the screen and it’s amount was R6000 and I didn’t have that money, so I contacted the lady who gave me the link to join and told her what was happening and I asked her to help me because I wanted to quit and I want my money back, they refused to pay my money back and they told me to deposit that R6000 + and complete my tasks. Now my money totalling R15440, is frozen I can’t withdraw it and they told me to pay the R6000 + for my money to be released. I am frustrated because I emptied all my savings to this platform and now I can’t get my money back.
