I ordered one ready to wear saree from alankritha by reshma deepak on dec 15 and their mentioned delivery date is january 19 but still yet i didnt receive the product .asking to them they told that your product dispatch is not started and it take time

On aug 7 th they refunded my money and told me to resolve the complaint in consumer court
