I placed an order for two dresses from Alankirtha in July 2025, and to this day — over five months later — I have not received my order. Despite repeated attempts to contact them through calls, WhatsApp messages, and direct messages, there has been no proper response. They rarely answer calls and often ignore messages. The owner, Reshma, is very unprofessional and unethical.

What makes this more concerning is that their Instagram page appears highly credible, with over 200,000 followers. However, based on my experience, I strongly believe many other customers like me have not received their orders.
From my observation over these months, here is how they seem to deceive customers:
They constantly post promotional stories, especially “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” (B1G1) offers, claiming the offer is ending soon — yet the same offer has been running continuously since July.
They selectively deliver only a few orders to create the illusion of an active business. They then post parcel packing videos and customer reviews to appear legitimate.
The comments section is always turned off, preventing genuine customers from warning others.
They provide false and inconsistent updates when questioned about pending orders — such as claiming the product is “in stitching,” “in ironing,” or “in the first stage” — and then disappear for weeks or months without follow-up.
This cycle has continued for months. I have patiently waited and given them multiple chances, but at this point, it is clear they are engaging in fraudulent business practices. I have proof of all communication, payment receipts, and WhatsApp screenshots showing their unresponsiveness and repeated false updates.
I have lost my hard-earned money, and I am speaking up so that others are not misled by their deceptive marketing tactics. They are A SCAMMMMMMMMM. Dont order
