We posted an ad for our house on rent on 99acres on 5th Dec 2023. We started receiving calls from many fake army personnel. One person Akshay Kumar CH claiming to be in Indian Army asked to share UPI to transfer the deposit. He also submitted his ID proof. I think the concerned authorities should look into this matter on priority.
