I had ordered a calvin klein cargo pants worth 4600Rs. (Approx) from Ajio in August. They sent me an old used jeans in place of that, and when I returned the item asking for a refund, they said we cannot initiate a return or refund because the item that was sent is a Non-Ajio product. I kept after them for more than a month, but they’re still giving me same replies and keep resolving the issue by themselves. I posted the same on their twitter page & another person replied on my post saying he has been scammed by AJIO in the exact same way!!
