Text of Complaint by Dakshaini:

I am a customer of Ajio. I ordered Avanshee – Women Satin Saree with Embellished Border a few days ago. I received a damaged product for the same. I have requested a return for the parcel and the delivery man has picked it up.
However, I got a call from the executive to inform me that he cannot further process the return because of the absence of a “price tag”. The product was returned in the exact condition that I received it in, i.e., without a price tag.
Now I keep getting notifications for rescheduling pickup and do not have either the product or the refund.
