My Ajio account has been blocked without communication. When I try to log in to my account, I receive an error message. I have already placed an order for INR 5,043 (Order ID: FN2396203578). I have contacted customer support multiple times, but customer support keeps telling me that they can’t access my account details since my account has been blocked.
Never expected this kind of customer service from such a renowned company. Please help me to resolve this issue.
