Text of Complaint by Arpita Shrivastava:

I placed an order from Ajio on October 1,2021 and haven’t received the product yet.
Also I’ve called ajio customer care 100th of time but no resolution has been provided yet. I sent mails and again no resolution.
They are just delaying and providing me the date for resolution.
It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my refund yet.
