I ordered products on August 28th, and AJIO promised to deliver them on or before September 4th, but when I checked today, September 4th, they had altered the delivery date to September 6th, without mentioning any delays. I contacted customer service about this, and they confirmed that the delivery date is the 6th of September and that we will deliver on time. When I showed verification of my email with a delivery date of September 4th, customer service apologized for the inconvenience. We ordered for the event, and they did not notify us that the things would be delivered late. AJIO must make up for this since it was impacted in any case.
